The Phoenix Arts & Innovation District (PHXJAX) is a creative and regenerative redevelopment in Jacksonville’s North Springfield neighborhood. Spanning 8.3 acres, the District brings together artists, entrepreneurs, makers, and innovators through adaptive reuse spaces, event space, retail opportunities, cultural programming, and community events. Additionally, in the future, there are plans for mixed use housing.
