The Phoenix Arts & Innovation District seeks to sustainably build equity through community, arts & culture while providing a global platform for business incubation and innovation in Jacksonville’s North Springfield neighborhood. A regenerative placemaking demonstration project by Future of Cities, we seek to co-create a community with artists, residents, cultural instigators and change makers in Jacksonville, Florida. Providing access to small business incubation, educational opportunities, innovative programming, technology and community events, the team hopes to be a bridge to building a vibrant and diverse neighborhood.
