In 2024, Friends of PHX JAX made significant strides in advancing its mission of regenerative development in Jacksonville’s North Springfield neighborhood. Through a diverse range of free community events—including makers markets, affordable artist studios, housing workshops in partnership with LISC Jacksonville, health and wellness initiatives, and youth programs—we fostered a thriving, inclusive environment where creativity, economic opportunity, and well-being intersect. By supporting local artists, entrepreneurs, and residents, we laid the groundwork for sustainable growth, reinforcing our commitment to affordable housing, business incubation, and cultural enrichment.
