Jacksonville’s Phoenix Arts and Innovation District promises revitalization in Springfield

Jacksonville artists will soon have new community spaces in North Jacksonville as work is underway for Jacksonville’s Phoenix Arts & Innovation District.

When it’s completed, the district will comprise 10 properties across 8.3 acres, including 120,000 square feet of warehouse spaces, in the North Springfield neighborhood.
