HeartWork: A 3-Week Couples Therapy Group
HeartWork: A 3-Week Couples Therapy Group
Emerald Station Community Lounge
3 weekly sessions | 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Dates: Thursdays Feb. 5, 12, 19th
Donation-based | RSVP via Eventbrite here
HeartWork is a 3-week couples therapy group designed to help couples strengthen communication, navigate conflict with intention, and reconnect to the heart of their relationship—just in time for Valentine’s Day.
This short-term, therapist-facilitated group focuses on the fundamentals of healthy relationships. Over three weeks, couples will explore communication patterns, conflict dynamics, emotional safety, and shared values in a structured, supportive group setting.
The experience blends psychoeducation, guided discussion, and practical exercises couples can use immediately in their relationship. HeartWork is ideal for couples who want to be proactive, deepen connection, or intentionally reset relational patterns.
What Couples Can Expect:
• A small, intimate group (3–4 couples)
• Guided exercises completed together as a couple
• Group discussion (sharing is encouraged, never forced)
• Tools for communication, conflict repair, and emotional awareness
• A calm, structured, and respectful environment
What This Group Is Not:
• Not a substitute for ongoing couples therapy
• Not appropriate for active infidelity, domestic violence, or high-conflict separation
• Not individual therapy conducted in a group setting
This Group Is for Couples Who:
• Want to strengthen communication and emotional connection
• Are engaged, married, or in a committed partnership
• Feel “mostly okay” but want to be more intentional
• Are open to reflection, dialogue, and growth
Mindful Mondays
Mondays often carry a reputation: stressful, draining, or just plain “blue.” But what if Mondays could become something to look forward to? Mindful Monday's Art + Wellness series is designed to transform the start of your week into a space of reflection, creativity, and renewal.
This 3-part art + wellness series brings together the power of mindfulness and the freedom of creative expression.
